The main goal is to improve farmers organisations’ capacities from an entrepreneurial perspective. Improvement lies in the way the cocoa cooperatives are organised and work together. The project helps cooperatives in becoming more professional and sustainable organisations, excelling in high-quality cultivation, marketing and logistics.
The learning experiences from this project will be available to the Cameroon cacao sector and the wider business community.
